Hey, my name is Tinneka (Neeka) and I know extremely well what it’s like to feel lost when it comes to fitness. I used to be 82kg, unhappy, and intimidated by the gym because I had no idea what I was doing, But through the right training, nutrition and mindset, I transformed my body and my life. I stopped hiding from the mirrors and started showing up for myself—now at 55kg, I feel stronger, healthier, and more confident than ever.
That’s exactly why I created Coached by neeka —to help others do the same. Whether you want to lose weight, get stronger, or simply feel better in your own skin, I’m here to guide and support you every step of the way.

Nope! I offer both gym and home-based programs. You can absolutely get strong, toned and confident with minimal equipment from home. If you do go to a gym, I’ll make sure you walk in knowing exactly what to do.
