About me

Hi, I’m Neeka. A couple of years ago, I would have never imagined myself stepping into a gym—let alone loving it and helping others on their fitness journeys. But here I am, turning what once felt impossible into something I’m truly passionate about.

Beyond fitness, I love food, holidays, and hiking—anything that brings joy and balance to life. I believe being healthy isn’t about giving up the things you love but finding a way to enjoy them while still feeling your best.

Now, I get to help others build confidence, find their own balance, and realise they’re capable of so much more than they think.

My weight loss story

For years, I felt uncomfortable in my own body. At 82kg, I lacked confidence, struggled with energy, and felt stuck in a cycle of failed diets and workouts that never seemed to work. I avoided the gym because I had no idea where to start and every attempt at change felt overwhelming.

But one day, I decided to stop doubting myself and start taking action. I focused on small, sustainable changes—training smarter, eating better, and building habits that actually worked. It wasn’t easy, but step by step, I transformed my body and my mindset.

Now, at 55kg, I feel stronger, healthier and more confident than ever. My journey taught me that weight loss isn’t about punishment—it’s about progress, balance, and believing in yourself. And now, I get the chance to help others do the same.
